The ground rules for using Last Human Studios games and website.
Effective October 1, 2026Agreement and scope
These terms apply to GoGo Tanks: Artillery, Draw to Drive: Path Control, Trick-O-Treat, and lasthuman.net, operated by Last Human Studios. By using the games or website, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using the service. Google Play also applies its own terms to Android downloads and testing.
GoGo Tanks alpha access
GoGo Tanks alpha access is limited and the game may change, become unavailable, contain defects, or lose progress. A request for access does not guarantee an invitation or uninterrupted availability. You must use an email address you control and that is associated with your Google Play account. A confirmed invitation can take up to two hours to become active after enrollment.
Accounts and fair play
Keep your account credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person, abuse other players, submit harmful content, interfere with the game or website, automate abusive requests, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect players or the services. Report security issues to support@lasthuman.net.
Feedback and content
You retain ownership of ideas and messages you submit. You give Last Human Studios permission to read, respond to, and use feedback to improve the game and services without an obligation to implement or compensate you. Do not submit material that infringes another person’s rights or contains sensitive information unnecessary for support.
Ownership and license
Last Human Studios and its licensors retain rights to the game, website, artwork, names, and other content. You receive a personal, limited, revocable license to use the game and website as offered. You may not redistribute or commercially exploit their content without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
Availability and liability
The game and website are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that either will always work or be free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Last Human Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of the services. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update the services and these terms. The effective date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
